This place is very homy, vibrant and quaint.
They have a communal area where you can relax, playing guitar, or just meeting with other travellers.

The room is nice, simple and comfortable. Hot and cold water, AC, breakfast is good.
Very happy to stay here.

The location is very strategic and within walking distance from food stalls and convenient store.

Very nice place to stay in Jogja (in short time or long time). Clean and spacious. You can chill at their terrace, sitting on wooden chairs or beanbags or hammock. Their pantry is lovely as well. Mas Alex and friends are so welcome to all their guest, they'll make you feel like home. Oh, and the location is also good. Close to the minimarket and good restaurants

One of the Best experience ... descent rooms ., friendly environment and good vibes with very helpful and nice staff .. perfect for solo travellers , couples and friends . food , carbooking ,bike rental ,laundary,travelling tips- staff will help you with everything .Alex (owner) thnks for Such a good company and adding to great experiences.

A warm place to be with very nice people. The kitchen has all its equipment and the area around the guest house is very nice with lots of different restaurants and Cafés for everyones budget.

Clean rooms, AC works, free breakfast.
The owner was very very nice.
Unfortunately was noisy due to construction.
Alright price for what you get.
