The poli service so bad, there is no fix schedule from the doctor, kinda suck because you need wait the doctor for 2 hours delay, hello? If you cant give proper schedule, just say it to the customer, keep it real bro. And for the doctor, be responsible for your schedule pls. This happen for several times.

I came here twice to see internist specialized in internal organ, the doctor has good communication with the patients and the prescribed medicines works very well..however the doctor schedule is very tight and often queue as he start working at 7 pm..in my first visit i have to wait for hours and just finish at 11 pm then still need to wait for the medicine at the pharmacy ..it was really tiring..So i suggest you to first call the receptionist in the morning to get the queue number then you can set time to go, i guess it will take about 10-15 mins per patient..
It was also takes time to get the medicine in the pharmacy center, so be prepare

SUPER VIP ROOM full excellent services although still good in vintage condition. Full AC, Tv, Hot-Cool Shower, Mini Refrigerator and extra bed to one member family who waiting the patient.
The patient and the waiting will have meal 3 times a day and twice snack
If you have assurance, i thought you had to choose this benefit
Internist doctor the best so far is Mr. Bambang
My wife have disease in sore throat, infection uterus and typhus, he can handled at the same times. She is going well in 3 day intensive in that room. I hope it can be help you to recommend this services inside Delta Surya Hospital

Theres no exact doctor schedule to visit ICU patient. Family can be wait 4-5 hours to meet the doctor. And when we ask the nurse, they only said "just be patient, doctor will visit, but can't make sure what time he will come". Is there any possiblity to increase the service in ICU especially the doctor schedule? And theres so many mosquitos around ICU and in ICU patient room. And i found couple of mosquito bites on my grandma head, arm, and feet. Could you please regularly use any moquitos repellant in patient room? Or maybe keep patient room clean and mosquito or bugs free?
