All-time favorite.. it's best to avoid lunch time, or we can come earlier just before peak hour..
As the waiting order will take forever to complete.. and end up standing outside waiting for free seat..

One of the best rujak cingur in town ... located in Tanggulangin - Sidoarjo, Rujak Cingur Tila served Rujak Cingur only with 2 kinds of presentation ... "Campur" ("Normal"/"Mixed" fruits and vegetables) or "Matengan" (vegetables only) ... and we can choose the spicy level (I recommend spicy or "pedes" for a better taste). What I loved about this place is they served Rujak Cingur with great taste, the "Cingur" is tender, the sauce are so delicious ... Don't forget to enjoy traditional drink such as Sinom (young tamarind), Degan (young coconut) ... perfect match for Rujak Cingur ... ???????????????????? Rujak Cingur or Cingur salad is one of the traditional foods that are easily found in the area of u200bu200bEast Java, especially Surabaya native region. In the Java language cingur word meaning “mouth”, this refers to the material or muzzle the mouth slices of boiled beef and mixed into the dish.
