Great budget room. Good value. Room is spacious and even has TV with hdmi cable so it was nice to connect my laptop to the big TV. Fast internet. Parking available in front of the building. Very quiet area and close to many restaurants and even a night market. Recommended!

I stayed in one of their regular rooms for a few days then moved to their very small kos-kosan for a month while I took care of business in Sidoarjo.
So while I was staying in the hotel room, the water was shut off for non-emergency reasons with less than an hour of notice given. Non-emergency. A very unpleasant inconvenience as I hadn’t showered yet.
As for staying in the kos-kosan, several of the electric boxes were located right outside my room door so every time one of the boxes were low on wattage, of course it would beep at any time of the day or night. As it is only courteous to replenish the wattage ASAP, this is not what the front desk staff did. Even when I took it upon myself to inform them that one of the boxes was beeping, they still were very slow to go buy more wattage to replenish the box and stop the beeping. Occasionally they went across the street soon after being notified. But not always. Unprofessional. So the room was so very small. A large, comfortable bed. But it took up the whole room. I work from my room and there was barely space to put a (much too low) chair between the ‘desk’ and bed. Barely room to walk. The chair was way too low, so I felt like a kid sitting at the too high desk.
As for the bathroom, I could hear the water running or draining from the other rooms down my drain. And the floor had a ‘dip’ in it, so a part of the bathroom did not drain so there was s constant puddle of water between the toilet and the shower drain, which tended to turn that part of the bathroom floor brown with gunk from sitting water. And it smelled. The closet locks seemed to lock up on me and were difficult to unlock. There was also the mosque and construction noise. This hotel is situated between several nearby mosques. So five times a day, you hear the call to prayer like it’s right inside your room. Not fun. But there was also constant, daily construction noise from the guys running their equipment to hammering, etc.
Finally, most guests that were traveling in large groups were very noisy, having no regard for who else may be staying at this hotel. Very rude and inconsiderate.
I am sure you can guess that I will not be staying here again.

Hey, you must take stairs to upper rooms! No car parking, but they provide in beside roads, since the hotel located inside housing complex. The closet too close on toilet's wall and the tv has local broadcast mostly. I got bedsheet which has stain in it. Most of all, it's suit you who just needs transit, but no longer stay.

It was basically a "kost" or small studio apartment. With the price that i am paying, it was a good value. Air con u0026 Hot water works perfectly, TV have so many channels. Too bad, the staff didnt offer to help with my luggages to the 3rd floor using stairs only.

Masuk tgl 8 smp tgl 10, krn masuknya jam 12 malam jd kena charge per hari 100rb. Dpt kamar di lt 3, tepatnya C5, lumayan kamarnya, tapi bau kamar tdk enak, kayak ga pernah dibersihin. Bahkan kunci pintu susah, kayak berkarat, waktunya diganti. Handuk cuma 1 pdhl pesennya sekamar 2 orang. Sprei ada nodanya, selimut juga ada nodanya. Kamar mandi posisi toilet aneh banget dan gak nyaman digunakan. Air panas lgsg tersedia jd mandi bs nyaman. Sayang sabun diberikan dlm bentuk sachet, jd gak nyaman makenya. Di aplikasi katanya ada breakfast, tyt gak ada. Masa ga diedit sih? Yg paling kesel, check out katanya jam 2, tau2 dikasi tau bahwa check out maksimal jam 1, ga sesuai sama aplikasi, sama omongan di awal, tau2 diubah di hari terakhir, aneh banget. Trs kita mau extend nginep spy tdk pindah2 malah katanya sdh penuh. Pdhl di aplikasi masih available. Males aja sih. Mending cari tempat lain aja.
