Horrible night with a lot of rats in the room... when we went to the reception during the night, they said to us "it's normal, the rats will just desapear" but they didn't of course. They could at leats apologise or offer us another the room

I don't recommend this hotel and would never go back.

I'm not very picky about hotels, especially when it's just for a night in transit but this place was so dirty I was tempted to run out and find a new place. The room smelled bad (and all my stuff carried the stench after) and it was very dirty. It felt so unclean that I decided to sleep in my sleeping bag liner.

Checking in was also super complicated and felt like a scam. Long story short, I had booked through the "booking" app and they told me that my reservation had somehow dissapeared (even when I showed them the active confirmation on the app). They tried to make me pay more than what I had booked and when I insisted to pay the price on the app, they tried to downgrade me to another room. After 45 minutes of polite arguing, our anger became more apparent and they eventually gave us our room for the amount agreed upon when booked.

Very happy I was only there for one night!

I got promo when I booked this hotel.

+ Clean room
+ Clean toilet
+ Near juanda airport (about 1,8km away)
+ Large parking area
+ Good service

- didn't get free drink/snack
- the room smell little bit dusty
- the room is not to large, but it's okay

Terrible bsthroom, couldnt even shower with the assgun because there was 0 waterpressure. Beding was quite bad but cleanliness was okay. And there was free water and an AC. Anfang the guy at the reception was soo friendly, eventho he spoke basicly no english. For 108k and being so close to the airport, I am not complaining :)

A quiet, comfortable, affordable, clean hotel within 2 kilometers of Bandara Juanda, Surabaya. Go-Jek easily delivers meals, drink, and packages - even late at night.
I will return again and again due to it's convenient location, close to my family and business endeavors.

Filthy bathroom and sink, sheets seem to be used already, no windows, no toilet paper, smelly, noisy. Even for a budget hotel it seems unreasonably bad. There is no way the pictures reflect reality and the Oyo group of hotels seem to be manipulating their review scores.

Untidy and dirty room. Especially the bathroom. The toilet looked like has never been cleaned before. The bathroom was in the same room as bedroom separated by frosted glass. Luckilly, we spent there only few hours to get some sleep.
