We got there almost at midnight without a booking and they checked us in. We could order food, from room service, and when we asked to book a taxi to the airport, they said they offered the transfer.
The rooms are quite acceptable for a stopover stay and the staff very helpful. I totally recommend it if you have an early flight at the Jumba Airport.

I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights.
It's so so for 3⭐ hotel.
They replaced the remote control in my room, which is nice. The tv quite small but it's not a problem because I'd rather watch Netflix on my Laptop.
I ate breakfast twice only.
Oh, I hate the mosquito :( and the fly flew over the fruit slice :(

Clean room. 15 minutes from Juanda Airport. There are shuttle from hotel to airport every hour. The hot water is not really warm. Other thing is good. Room service is good. Morning breakfast also make your stomach full. The price is standard. This hotel seldom full, it's just a transit hotels. Put this hotel just for another option.

Best place too stay while transiting from Juanda Airport. It's affordable and you will have the breakfast with traditional cuisine.

Comfortable bed, easy booking access. Amazing shower since they provide shampoo and body wash but there's no shower cap. Nice menu, amazing tv channels. Overall is good.
