I was loyal customer, but today their service was really disappointing. Not professional, just because one dish that was served for me. In the beginning I ordered 5 packs of frog egg, then when served I was told only one available for me, then I asked them to pack for take away with my other take away, 4 portion of frog dish. What happen made me realize how they didn't value their clients, they didn't give me the one pack of egg frog that was already served for me and I asked them for my take away instead. The owner a.k.a the cashier easily mentioned that it was for other client and she has scolded her staff. Unbelievable!!!! Years of my loyalty just dropped because of their bad service.
