It's a must to try.....!!! I always buy this when I come to Juanda Airport. It's so tasty, delightful, sweet but not too much. They said they don't use food preservatives so you must eat that soon or you can put into refrigerator if you want to enjoy later. Oh yeah, One is never enough...!!!

Unlike the one in Ngurah Rai, this outlet was very dirty. I saw one or two roaches around, and it's unbelievable to see the staff ignoring that fact. I couldn't imagine the kitchen floor, definitely gross. Bad service too, don't expect a warm welcome. After since my last visit, it hasn't changed much.

Got someone cut my queue and still choose to serve them.
Next time please put more attention to someone who spend time to queue.

Cockroaches at my table, and the cleaner only wanted to clean the top table and thats it. He doesn’t care if the roach is still there or not.

And then he continues making videos of him cleaning diligently as his friend handled the camera for him.

What a shame.

Then, the cashier (ambonese looking) cheated by giving the wrong coins for my change. He acted as if the coins are 2 of 500s, when they are actually 2 of 200s.

Clearly this Beard Papa has recruitment and leadership issue.

Fast and quick service. Great eclair and have numerous option on flavours. It's one of those on the go dessert place.

To my knowledge, this is the only branch in the Juanda Airport area. Strange how the franchise is not opening one in the newly-built Terminal 2.
