Nice hotel.. found it directly by call the hotel, because using app was no longer available. Room is quite spacious, front desk and its engineering team was proactively help us when the tv can't be used. They just straightly come to our room to help solved the problem.

Breakfast was just great. It met our expectation.

One thing as big note... please be more actively train your trainee team, it seem they were not trained completely.. it was happen when I need go to the toilet in GF when I had breakfast, I asked one of the trainees where is the toilet location, they seems confused, but they then asked to other staff to assist me

The hotel is clean, great interior, and the food tasted good, very friendly personeel, and I love the drink’s selection. With wine cellar at Heights cafe, and stronger drinks at the bar, you do have lots choices to try. It’s very cozy and I love the infinity pool, great place to hang out.

The minor thing about this hotel is that ac room is not that cool, but it's ok. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is really friendly, and their breakfast a 5 star hotel standart, will we go back again to the hotel? Ofcourse❤️

Go to 4th floor and enjoy variety of cocktails and delectable wine selection. Spend your afternoon by the poolside with refreshing cocktails or sangria.

Breakfast 7/10 I am talking about taste of food ya, the bread s average, others are fine.

4-star hotel with infinity pool, nowadays please expect having bad experience when stay at 1st floor, they have problem with air conditioning. Room temperature will be hot in the night. Good food, good ambience, located in front of St. Elisabeth hospital.

The room is very clean!
And the staff is very helpful
Book for double bed but got a twin bed tho.. other than that, the service is nice. Will go back here again !
