Budget hotel near Paragon City Mall Semarang. Room is a bit small. Shower and closet location are separated which is across each other, so it is different. Breakfast does not have many option but sufficient. Good for passing through traveler.

Bad experience staying here, the room itself was not that bad, spacious (but there are some stain in the toilet u0026 also the bed sheets) but mostly bearable, but the thing that bothered me the most is the staff! Especially one in the reception area, first of all not professional at all, I booked for Double Bed, then she proceed to tell me I got the twin bed, and when I ask for double bed, she said there is a price difference. But then, 5 mins later, she changed her words by saying, ooh sorry yeah you book the double bed. Then she proceed to say, what time do you want your breakfast to be ready? I'm confused because I dont order room with breakfast, and I asked, do I need to pay extra for this? And she said no, it's already included. But then the next morning I came to the breakfast area, they said that my name was not listed, then I proceed to ask the reception, and she said the one who checked me in is not on duty today, and they proceed to call her. And she LIED. They told me, she told me before that If I want the breakfast , I should get extra charged. But as you see, I was the one who asked her that! UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY DISSAPOINTING. Will never ever stay here again.

Located almost at the center of the city, so quite easy to reach some good place around (simpang lima, lawang sewu, old city). Can also walk to reach one of popular culinary in semarang (bakmi djowo pak doel numani)

This places has some good things. The first one is the location, it's just in front of the Paragon Mall and next to an Indomaret, that's a really good benefit. The room was okay for the budget, it was clean and comfy and the food was normal to be fair.

I only see 2 things that they should improve here. The parking area is so small, it is so problematic to park here on weekends. The staff doesn't really care about the customers following the health protocol. Some customers didn't like to wear their mask while walking around or while taking some food in the resto, and no one told them to be aware of the rules even the hotel is "certified" By the government.

I would comeback here if I only have to stay for 1 night and I would have breakfast out of the hotel.

Location so strategic, near shopping mall, pemkot, lawang sewu and exit tol from jakarta. Price room is acceptable

Had a short stay here cuz we were arrived at 3.30am and check out at 10am. The staff was nice and safely assisting the valet cuz there were no more parking space left. Room was decent, pretty clean and comfy for just short sleep.

When I arrived first at the hotel room, my bed sheet kinda look dirty, so I called the home service to change it and the staff come pretty fast so thats a plus, but overall the room is pretty clean...
