I missed eating miso soup, then decided to give it a try making it from scratch. Although they sell a tad low choices of Japanese and Korean ingredients, for the basic dishes they are still covered. And also, they put the condiments/products containing non-halal as in lard-based ramen soups, pork-based gelatin candies in a different aisle which makes it easier for those who can't read Japanese or Korean languages in the product's package

A lot of imported products, especially Japanese, Korean, and Thai cooking products. Price is quite good, not that much different with Jakarta. Staff are friendly and attentive. They are always ready to help if shoppers are confused or look for a product which has not been displayed in the shelves yet. This friendliness even extends to the parking attendant.

I think this is the only Japanese supermarket in Semarang. I went here once and went through all the shelves just to skimmed everything they got. It pretty much has daily Japanese food products that you're looking for, from condiments to tobiko. It also sells other imported food products, like snacks and Korean ramyeon. Gak bingung lagi sekarang kalo mau beli kewpie mayo wk. Oh and also there is food corner that sells sushi and stuffs, haven't tried it tho. But it looks legit, since the salmon is freshly cut.

They sell mostly Japanese products. If you want to buy basic Japanese ingredients like Mirin, Cooking Sake, Tonkatsu Sauce, Curry Roux or Miso this is the place to go in Semarang.
Sometimes they have Chinese Yam, Takuan and Gari.
