Ruddest barista I have ever met, I have been to many Starbucks but this place is extraordinarily rude. When customers asked you something they didn't familiar with, you answer it politely and don't cut them.

like other starbucks, but more quiet here than other starbucks at this city...
lack of smile staff, not too friendly... maybe this is the reason why so quiet here...????

The barista was not that friendly (ignore me for a long time, just blame my xbux card 'cause maybe he thought it was the old model then rudely asked to scan via apps since that was my fault for using the 2019's version xbux card; btw he only swiped the card 1 time and I saw it). It seemed also like he was a new guy there since he always looked into his phone while writing my order. Really unprofessional I guess..
Actually, this is my second time went to this xbux. The first time, I needed to wait for a loooong time to get my order (fyi, only me and one custumer there at that time). The taste was also quite different, don't know why.
Now, I'm questioning how starbucks mantaining their services.

My favourite Starbucks at Semarang.
The signature of hot chocolate is the best.

my favourite starbucks store, almost all baristas are friendly, they have very quick service.
