I have visited this hotel in 2019. It was pleasant experience. They have tall building and rooftop pool so scenery is good. However, in 2021, their service is poor.
When we arrived there wasn't security or staff that greet us and provide parking instructions.
They didn't have tv channel other than their own promotion channel (don't expect premium cable tv, they even didn't have free national tv just like RCTI, SCTV, CNN Indonesia etc).
They didn't provide soap, bath gel, slippers unless you asked them. It's basic service and they failed at it.
The bathroom was stinky and I think they were understaffed. It's took long time to process my basic request.
Some area seem to be neglected and dirty.
I paid for room with breakfast service but they didn't provide breakfast. They said that during Covid period, they closed their restaurant. Funny thing, I spend one night in other hotel (same city) before, but they provide breakfast. So, I don't believe star hotel reason is valid one.
They promised to return a fraction of my money (for breakfast) but until check out it wasn't done.
I will never set my foot again in this hotel. There are better option in Semarang.
