Mahasiswa Undip jadoel mungkin lebih kenal Soto Surabaya Pak Bambang dg sebutan Soto Sayang, soalnya penjualnya sering bilang, "makan apa yaank" hehe. Dulu tempatnya di Jalan Banjarsari. Semenjak dibangun cucian mobil di depannya, akses ke warung tertutup, jd bbrp kali warung pindah2, sampai skrg menetap di Banjarsari Selatan samping Burjo Inspirasi. Penjualnya sepasang suami-istri, sudah sepuh. Buka pagi2 pukul 6, cocok buat yg cari sarapan. Porsi normal 7k, porsi jumbo 9k. Ada lauk tempe goreng u0026 terkadang sate jeroan. Sepanjang pandemi nggak pernah tutup. Utk rasa mantab, khas soto Surabaya, tp jujur mengalami penurunan dr jaman di banjarsari dulu karena suwiran ayamnya berkurang banyak hehe. Mungkin karena skrg musti sewa tempat ya jd dilema mau naikin harga atau ngurangi porsi. Buat sy yg suka kuah melimpah, kuahnya juga skrg makin berkurang, jd musti minta tambahan kuah.
