This train station was a valuable heritage in Semarang City, made it favorite by enthusiast photogapher. Semarang had two train station and this one was the best. Every passenger who came here will enjoy those circumstance...

It’s one of effective transportation on java island, linking all important cities with extensive rail network, esp. Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, etc. reservation can be made online with onsite printout boarding pass or QR code boarding pass on mobile phone.

One of the train station which still active in Semarang and mostly use to board the executive train,but some business class or economy premium also stop here. Good and clean station. ATM available and some convenience store also. You can take a snack or coffee before you take the train or some special food made in Semarang such as Bandeng Juwana or Tahu bakso bu pudji here.

This is the main train station in Semarang, Center Java. Old architecture building but still in good condition with modern facilities. Need more improvement in toilet and another facilities. They have coworking space. Nice place, not to crowded, large waiting area, huge parking lot. Very awesome atmosphere in this train station.

The Staff was RUDE and TALK BEHIND MY BACK. I had problem for printing the e-tix and one of them said "lha sampean sing mepet ok".
Translate : "it's your fault because you come near the dept time"

I came 15 minutes before the departure time. But i queue late because the queue was long so i wait until it's not.

It was my first time i didn't know they need to print to physical ticket. I ran to the computer to print but The machine also ERROR. Not only couldn't print my ticket but others' also cannot be printed.

My ticket was on 23/9/2022 6:50 argo sindoro tambahan. And it's already 6:47. Of course i was panicked.

IT's their JOB to assist WHOEVER have problems / quetions. Not blaming the passenger or even talk behind my BACK.

I don't even talk rudely or anything (considering i was so panicked). It's my first time experiencing this. Very very bad! Please do brifieng frequently! And i believe there are many people who are willing to work dilligently rather than some whinny staff who TALK BEHIND Someone back.! ????????????????????????????????

YES. I will never take train again because of staffs like that. If you have problem at home don't bring it to your WORK. Such an embarresment.

This is the main train station in Semarang.. old building but still in good condition. With modern facilities..

Need more improvement in toilet, not too clean for me..

The other facilities is good. Many food place and they have co-working space here too
