Sate kambing (Goat satay), has many variations of recipes or presentations, it differs from town to town. Seems that every town has their own kind of sate kambing, such as ala Tegal, Solo, Semarang, Betawi, Madura, Pobtianak or Blora.
I don't know and they don't state on their banner which style they follow, but it tastes good.
They have many kind of goat satay which are very tender and juicy. They also have gule (savory soup) otak (brain), sumsum (marrow) inside the bone or already pulled out etc.
