There's no tissue in our room. Even the flush in the bathroom is not working well.
You better be ready to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, since they don't provide in your room.
Everything still manual in here.

Update 2022: Nothing changed in the last 4 years except for the worst. Never had any hot water for a shower, they think your money is more important so you have to pay upfront. Staff is inexperienced and young, must be because of low wages. I really wouldn't recommend it right now, unless you need to be close by.
And a ground floor bonus is the free motorcycle exhaust concert every 10 minutes or so from the motorcycle workshop next door. And no, the window won't close because the shutter mechanism is broken.
2018: Nice inexpensive hotel, clean enough, bathroom ok, nothing to eat for dinner or breakfast and coffee/tea at the reception

Located near Diponegoro University Semarang, this hotel is clean, quite and comfort for staying overnight.
It's worth of price as recommended for people who have business related with Diponegoro University.

- Pros: The staff is very helpful and friendly, even if they hardly speak english. The place is overall nice, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the AC works good and there is hot water in the shower.
- Cons: A big negative aspect: the walls between the rooms are not real walls. They're are just thin panels, you hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors do. Including the alarms at 4:30 am and the calls at night. With us it happened twice to have a kid making noise in the neighbor room. Such a pain. When you don't have anyone next to you everything is fine, otherwise trust me: Impossible to sleep, even with earplugs.
You cannot pay by card, only by cash.

The place was quite cozy to stay over night in such inexpensive price. There is hot water shower (but took long enough to come out), 2 towel, soap, shampoo, 1 hanger, television, AC, 24 hours service. Just given 2 bottles of mineral water, but dispenser are available near service desk. No toothbrush and the paste, shower cap, toilet paper, slipper nor breakfast so mind yourself. The soundproofing was lack because the wall didn't have a solid bricks.

Its a really good place to stay in Semarang. Near Undip too so for me that come here for a competition in Undip it save me some transport money. Bed is nice, room is clean, bathroom is also clean. The problem is it’s very loud bc the wall is so thin. Literally every night I can hear people beside my rooms talking loudly of even people that stays above my room. If you’re a light sleeper I don’t recommend staying at this place bc you might not get some sleep.

The hotel is near to Campus. The room is spacoous enough but not a soundproof room at all, you can hear the bell of the lift, the tik tok of some one walking, or hear activities from other room, and they mostly becauzebof the wall is made from GRC board not bricks.
They don't have EDC for cards so you have to pay in cash.
If you book from application for hotel, the price is higher, once again is HIGHER, than you pay cash in the counter.
The water for bath is always low pressure.
For drinks you will get two bottles of water, even you'rr staying more than one day, your bottle will not be added, even they won't make up your room, because they don't provide cleaning service! What a hotel!
Luckily the staff in front office were quite polite, but not helpful.
The price is far too much higher for the service like that.
Will not come again. Don't even think of it.
