A small hospital that has a good doctor but bad management. Check in and check out took a very long time. The doctor room and waiting room are crampy. No cafeteria nor restaurant inside. Parking is small. Cockroach in the hospital is normal during rainy season. VIP room is crampy. It should be urgently upgraded. The only good side is the price that probably the lowest compare other private hospital. VIP room and minor surgery is about idr10million.

Parking attendants who don't work well, let motorbikes park in the middle, even though there are still many empty places in front, really lazy parking attendants, the hospital should be able to give a firm warning

This hospital provides excellent service. The doctors, nurses and other staffs are friendly as well.
