Pendaftaran depan bagus banget pelayanan nya, saya tadinya mau bayar umum tapi ditanyain bpjs walau bukan faskes tetap dilayani dg baik dan bisa dan free.. Masalahnya disini, saya Periksain anak ke poli gigi sangat2 ga nyaman dg sikap yg meriksa gigi anak saya.. Awal periksa cuma liat gigi anak saja.. Itupun hanya beberapa detik.. Maaf ngomongnya menurut Saya agak keras, ga ada raut ramah dg pasien apalagi sama anak harusnya menyenangkan agar ga takut ke dokter gigi, dan nada bicara agak tinggi.. Saya jelasin kalo gigi anak saya bolong dan sakit, saya minta solusi bagaimana apakah perlu ditambal, dicabut, atau di apain.. Saya dijelasin dikit kalo ga boleh di cabut tapi nada bicara udah agak tinggi, trus ditanyain apakah saya rajin sikatin gigi anak? Saya jawab saya biasa sikatin gigi mandi pagi, sore, dan sebelum tidur.. Ehh Malah dokternya ga percaya bilang 'ga mungkin' dan Malah saya di tekan2 terus dan nyalahin saya kalo saya ga mungkin rutin sikatin gigi anak saya dengan omongan yg ga enak dan nylekit ga percaya.. Dan bilang 'kalo rutin nyikatin, anak giginya bolong masa ga tau?' Lha kalo bukan saya ibunya trus siapa yg nyikatin? Saya tetep ngeyel karna saya sendiri yg nyikatin rutin.. Jujur hati saya agak mulai sakit hati.. lalu saya menghiraukan karna menurut saya topik permasalahan saya datang kesini bukan untuk debat siapa yg nyikatin gigi anak saya.. Point nya kan Disini saya mau periksa karna gigi anak saya karna bolong dan sakit.. Saya tanya lagi prosesnya bagimana selanjutnya misal disitu dibersihkan dulu atau bagaimana.. Jawabnya ibu bukan faskes sini silahkan ke faskes ibu untuk periksa.. Astaghfirullah, saya tau memang saya bukan faskes sini, karena saya tadinya memang mau bayar umum tapi mbak pendaftaran bilang saya pake bpjs bisa.. Ga ngerti lagi, maksud saya untuk mengurangi sakit ya misal dibersihkan karang gigi nya dulu atau gimana lah,. bayar saya juga ga papa kog.. Jangan jawabnya malah seperti itu..
