We had no choice but to stay here because of Lebaran (other hotels were full, and we booked 2 rooms only 2 days in advance). Paid rp900.000 for 2 rooms (for 3 people each room, no breakfast)
Room on ground floor:
- room has no mirror, toilet has no mirror, no basin
- jetwasher needed repair (water power not strong)
- no rubbish bin in room
- blanket has holes
- asked for hot water, and had to pay Rp7.000 for it
- people talking outside the room very noisily till late at night
Room on 2nd floor:
- has no rubbish bin anywhere in room
- jetwasher (very little water, only came out from 3 holes)
- in the middle of the night, kept hearing receptionist bell!
- other guests were very noisy (fully booked, they said), and it was terribly noisy (kids screaming, playing, running around, adults talking loudly)
- when we checked in, no one told us about wifi in room. So we didn’t know it had wifi (didn’t ask about wifi, too)
- 2nd floor bedroom uses a card to open door. Room on ground floor uses a key for the door.
- staff was at least friendly.
