From my experiences staying at OYO, this is by far the worst and the most disappointing. If the owner wasn't friendly and/or helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to give one star. Just because the owner was friendly and helpful, I add one more star.
First, the location of the hotel wasn't exactly as pointed by Google map. It was misplaced. Didn't point the exact OYO 746, but another OYO hotel. The reception (front door) wasn't exactly easy to find (perhaps due to minimum lighting during the evening/night).
Second, water (shower) didn't function well, very weak pressure.
Third, air conditioner seemed to be a low-watt one, hence it took a long time to cool the air in the room. And not cool enough.
A lot of homeworks need to be done in order to catch up with the standard of quality set by OYO.
