The staff did not provide such a good service. They treatment is impolite. In fact, they just leave me stay in the lobby without any clarification, without hint to follow them to get the room. I didn't get breakfast, just because I came and slept in the morning, not since in that night. A little bit hot also. And the place are not quite enough. But the price is affordable. Just it.

Good place to stay with friends, but the bathroom only one room can be used bcs one room can't be locked and the other is broken. Too dusty. But the room facility was great. Has a great service too.

First time booking this place and I swear it will be the last time.
I booked via Agoda, come to the hotel and show my booking receipt to the frontliner. I think it only need 3-5 minutes to check but I need so much time to wait. What a poor service!

Then, a doorman guide us to the room at the second floor. He tried to open the door. About 2 minutes and he failed. He asked us to wait, run to the first floor, bring a new key, try to reopen the door and just like the first time... He failed.

He told us to move to the room at the first floor without explanation about the room ????
What a worst service!!!

About the room?
I choose VIP and I get a medium bed, a TV with only 3-5 channels I can watch, a bootle of mineral water, a bathroom without toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap.

FOR SURE, IT WILL BE THE FIRST AND THE LAST!

super and maybe this is the best budget hotel i ever experienced, everything was perfect, very very happy to be here, the staff very handsome and polite, the room was upgraded to 4 star hotels facility, and using 5g wifi, you also can walking walking to tawang trainstation or kota lama vintage town for only less than 15 minutes.

The surroundings are really scary by night, near the train station. There is a lot of street prostitution around. It is wrongly labeled in booking and in Google Maps (it seems to be called Luck Inn, Reddoorz or whatever too). WiFi was faulty. The hotel staff was not helpful, maybe because of the language, but they insisted to arrange taxi to airport with us. In the morning, we tried to leave the key but they slept so deeply they would not wake up! At least, he rooms are clean (lots of mosquitoes, though).

The room i ordered is exactly as it says. For sharing room it was good room and price but the water for bath a bit smell.

cheap and clean. good for young people and group tour. great semarang tour for 1 day only 1400bath
