Hari jum'at saya tes mcu di ruhb indosehat anjasmoro ,sudah selesai semua tes medical check up ,bagian pendaftaran bilang senin surat keterangan bisa di ambil jika tidak ada yang di konsultasikan ,senin saya di telfon indo sehat untuk konsultasi audio metri(tht) ,saya rabu datang untuk konsultasi karena dokternya bisanya hari rabu kata mbak.nya bagian pendaftaran dan dokter desi cuman meriksa telinga saya pake alat ,lalu saya tanya emang kenapa telinga kanan saya dok ,dokternya bilang belum bisa di pastikan karna di sini tidak ada alatnya dan cuman ngasih rujukan di kasoem dan di suruh beli alat pendengaran di kasoem (tht) yang katanya harga alatnya 350rb ,lalu saya hari kamis ke kasoem dengan istri, setelah melakukan tes dan pemerikasaan di kasoem ternyata pihak kasoem tidak menyarankan saya memakai alat bantu dengar karna telinga saya masih normal dan kalo memakai alat bantu dengar malah bisa membahayakan telinga saya dan ternyata harganya alat bantu dengar paling murah saja 3juta ,yang membuat saya kecewa lagi dokternya mau saya temui untuk konfirmasi hasilnya bilangnya mbaknya bagian pendaftaran masih isoman karna keluarganya ada yang terkena covid ,saya tungguin 10-15 hari pun masih tidak ada konfirmasi ,alhasil sertifikat mcu saya di nyatakan sehat dengan pantauan medis !!!
Sedih sekali saya baru kali ini tes mcu di buat seperti ini
Saya mcu di instansi lain 3x lolos terus baru kali ini saya di ruhb indosehat anjasmoro mcu sangat" mempersulit pelanggan/pasiennya
