The reception staff didnt seem friendly, she perhaps too tired since lot of incoming guess when i was check in.

Small parking area but free vallet service is really helpful.

Located very close to simpang lima, so we can just walk there.

Bad experience. The AC wasn't working very well, they initially didn't give me any towels, they didn't pick up my laundry after I put it in a laundry bag, and the breakfast was so awful. If it were not for a business trip, I wouldn't come again.

Its an okay place to stay, as per the condition for the budget hotel quite comfy clean but just average.. well enough for stay

Bad experience during arrival as initially front office said they have only 1 (one) non smoking room left while we had booked it since 06/01/22. During survey the smoking room they advised, we found it were very tobacco smelly...even we came out from the lift. But then accidently they said that they have found the non smoking room even apart, not side by side. Then continued asking 1 (one) another room sandals but until we checked out on the next day, the item we asked by phone was unfulfilled. Whewww...☻

Nice hotel staffs, strategic location.. Near Simpang Lima and gift shop around Pandanaran street. I have pleasent stay here..Breakfast buffet not much of variety of food but it's okay.. While stay in this hotel, dont forget to try their massage service, it's great

Many souvenir and gift shops around, no hair dryer and less electronic plug in the room- one next to the bed and one for the electronic kettle.
