All good except the breakfast food time.
The waitress clean so slow to remove the dishes from last guest, even need to recalled back to clean the table. Slow time to refill the food. Some food is not appropriate to deliver. Dry, hard, and cold cakes. Notes for baked kidney beans, it is not even cooked and still hard. Its dangerous since raw and not properly cooked kidney bean is poison. Maybe just a bad day and hope it will improve soonimprove later.

Nice hotel for both business and leisure. Additional facilities - fitness, swimming pool, cafe, bar - available. Large lobby space and large breakfast restaurant with multiple options. Good service. It is close to the old town.

A Nice hotel in Semarang, high floor and luxury. Friendly staffs and beautiful lobby, love it. The room not too big compare to other 4 stars hotel but the price is very affordable. It is so clean and neat with nice view. But I dont like the position of the pool, people will watch you while you swim because the pool is beside the resto. It has gym room also. The foods are nice and tasty, all is fresh. Many institutions come there to have their events such as training or workshop because this hotel has many halls for meeting. Then, people come here to have wedding beacuse the price is affordable.

When we first came, it took so long to deliver our luggage to the room. The parking is also a very challenging. Although they have lots of staff assisting on Saturday, perhaps there was a wedding. The hotel is not properly maintain. We stayed at 8th floor, the wallpaper is peeling off, the bedside table lamp was broken, the bathroom lots of mould on the floor and wall tile. The shower floor was very slippery and I almost fell when entering the area. The bathroom door also need repair. Lack of lighting, need to call the technician to fix the bedside table lamp because it was the only source of lighting on the area. The curtains also lots of stain. I called the housekeeping to clean the bathroom, he came not wearing mask. I asked him to clean the room, he mopped the floor really wet that I am scare I fell. I told him it's too wet, he said it will dry eventually and did nothing to dry it. He and another housekeeping clean the bathroom and throw the hair in the toilet.they didn't take the rubbish out. Next day another housekeeping came to the room, he used vacuum cleaner to clean the floor. He also did not take the rubbish out. As if there is no standard cleaning procedure. Bed is okay. They have smoking floor. The pool water also need to be improve. In terms of location is in good location.

Truly good service. Therefire 4 times here, still get better and better service. Nice chef anyway.

I have asthma and allergic to cigar's smoke and smell... this hotel should provide clean and fresh surrounding. But the room I get got cigar smell, super heavy. I can't ask to change room because the other available room is smoking room and the room I get 'should be non smoking room'... in the end I use my own perfume to the last drop to get rid of the heavy smell which is still lingering there.. the hotel staff get air refresher to spray, but only spray a few and didn't affect anything.... I really disappointed to stay here.. just arrive midnight at Semarang, hoping I can rest after I got hotel to stay, but still have to get rid of the smell.. even the wall have dry bubble gum hanging there.. I wonder if the hotel really clean the room after other guess use it..... very disappointed...

came here for vacation, and i stayed here for 1 day but it's totally worth it. the place is so strategic, i ordered that famous lekker from online order and it's only 700 meter. at night i ordered babat fried rice, and there's restaurant which still open at 11p.m. when i came, i got welcome drink which is surprisingly it's jamu. i got room at 7th floor and the scenery is so great. i can see sunset, at night i can see a lot of lights like in newyork. for breakfast it's good, a lot of variation (salad, fruit, pudding, snack, nasi ayam, toast, omellete, buffet, koko crunch, and milk of course). but one thing that i should tell you is, this hotel is so famous maybe, so it's hard to get parking lot, you have to vallet, and when you have to go out, it's hard too because your car will be blocked by paraller parking car.
