So unsatisfied visiting, bad services,
Could you imagine, this hotel not helping me at all to bring my luggage to my room when checkin!!!

I think wont stay this hotel again in future

Not my first time went to dafam but actually my best experience is here. The breakfast says it all. there weren't much choices, but the taste was good!

Always a lovely stay here in Dafam Hotel. The check-in process was quick, the staffs are friendly. Love the room, it’s clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom not too big but clean enough. The breakfast was good. Many choices. From Indonesian to western.

A great hospitality in town.
Their service are excellent. Bedroom spacious and feels like home. Breakfast are great. They have various breakfast including jamu drink, love it. Staffs are friendly and always smile greeting you.

i stayed there for 1 night in suite room. actually i was in junior suite but when i got there(8pm) the room was still being cleaned, so i complained to the receptionist because it doesnt make sense, i was there at night but the room was still not ready. so they upgraded my room into suite. the room is quite spacious and nice, but the only problem is the service is still lacking also the cleanliness for the room is really doesnt make it look like a suite room, the ac made a small noise sometimes,but its pretty bearable. there is no pool but there is a bar. there is also bathtub in the room. the breakfast is pretty cheap but very delicious with plenty of variants to choose from, also the restaurant is cozy and so comfortable. other than the quickness of the preparation, everything is very good in my opinion. suitable for family, might stay there again. if you decided to choose this hotel, i think you wont regret.^^
