Nice room, recommended to stay. But restaurant space kinda small. Provide toiletries (soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. sandal hotel, and laundry bag. Also have tea maker.

I booked from traveloka for family trip stay. Bedsheet a bit smell, its color does'nt bright white anymore. The air conditioner very noise, its disturb my sleeping. Breakfast has very limited kinds of foods and the rice is cold. But the wifi is ok????????

*3 hotel by Horison.
Services are good, the room was clean.
The breakfast simple but delicious.
The only noted for security need to be more training.
The issue is about parking lot which very limited.
They have to give a good information.
Also the important is the hotel located exactly in a traffic light crossroad.
Security should take the car cross the street safely.

The toilet sprayer doesn't work well, the head sprayer fell off when im using it and it causing the water everywhere on the floor (not flooded thank god). Others, pretty good and standart

It's an old Hotel, Smelly, Shower half broken. Not Recommended.

Pros: Good Hotel in the city centre.safety protocols followed.

Cons: Many ants in the breakfast area.all ants on fruits,breads,plates.no care taken to remove the same.the staff just watch and ignore.felt very unhygienic breakfast.
They did not refill the empty buffet breakfast vessels many be cost cutting.
Should look into this as the price we pay is for the service or else we can choose from many other available options.
