There's some regular rooms (which rate is 275k or above). I didnt take regular room, I took sleeping capsule here, for only 59k. It's a mix dorm, not a female only or male only dorm. Toilet is clean, 2 bathrooms are also clean, usable. Locker is quite proper, big enough, fine if you have 40L bag. No locking system in the sleeping capsule, just a curtain to give you a bit of privacy. I got amenities and a towel, blanket, maybe they are still on promotion time idk (Yet I wont expect this amenities offered as free stuffs in my next visit). The dorm is near reception area..

(-) too quiet environment, above 10pm. Wont go outside for safety, AC is too dry

For those who have business in Tembalang or Undip and wanted to stay in a budget hotel, this is a recommended place to go. Friendly staff, and affordable price (200k++ IDR or $15+). Quite a small room but spacious enough for temporary stay. My room has double bed size, flat TV and air conditioning unit. Everything was functional and clean. The bathroom is quite big, and has hot and cool shower. They also serve breakfast with options of fried rice or "rames". 5/5

Fair price, clean room and bathroom, but breakfast start on 07 Am.

Best price for a budget rooms. Nice breakfast and fairly nice location. Good for traveler with budget funds

Small room with budget price.., good clean enough and fresh air in the morning at breakfast room.
