The order was placed through online application. Request made to give big size bed and non smoking room, the staff nailed it! Good job. After the pandemic situation gone, they still keep to use water jug and provide gallon water outside the room. It is good for environment compared to providing water bottles in each room. Check in u0026 check out process handled easily and won't take time much, both done in less than 3 mins. Will recommend it to other guests who visit Semarang or just transit.
