Good quality for a very decent price. Don't expect a polished look from the hotel itself. However, they service you with an assortment of TV channels, a kettle for hot water, and a refrigerator - something you don't get for this low a price at other hotels. It's located within a cluster of house developments, so expect a pleasing, quiet atmosphere. The roads were great for a morning jog.

If you go out a bit you'll be straight on the main road, and before that, one of the routes will have Circle K beforehand. However, know that the main road out there doesn't have a pavement so be sure to bring your motorcycle or car.

Good security too.

Very recommended. Low budget hotel but you get what you need. Located only 2 mins by walk to Marina Beach and JKI Christian Church. I think not many ppl know this hotel is but it's worth to try. I choose suite room that is the biggest one here with TV cable and hot water in the bathroom for only 150k/night. Lack for lobby, there is no seat available for guest and they are not refill your mineral water bottle. I stay here 4 days, I only get 2 mineral bottles and 2 pop mie small cups. But its enough since they gave me 2 more free when I ask. And they didn't provide towels at first, need to ask first and they will provide. They also did not clean your room if you are not ask for it. But for me it doesn't matter since I get an enough room space and the room facilities was great and clean. With that price offer and all the room condition, I give 5stars.

The room is Clean, the bed is comfort, TV cable and Wi-Fi internet with fast speed, the Price is very friendly for a backpacker traveller. No breakfast, but they provide 2 cup of instant noodles. The point is, I pay Less for a Nice Room.

Clean, tidy and brand new, but smell cigarette..every rooms is smoking room, which is bad. No fresh air in rooms.
