The location is prime spot at paragon mall. Unfortunately the space is a bit small albeit 2 story. The classes bit cramped. Especially yoga studio.
Classes are abundant to choose from. Which are good

Best fitness group in Indonesia. This place have yoga studio, cycling studio, and cardio studio. The staff so kind as well as their personal trainer.

It's a nice gym to go, especially for people who want to do early workouts as they r open at 6am every month to Friday and 10 am on Sunday, classes areas, playgrounds, weight lifting (but unfortunately the bar is only for males standard bar, it's quite challenging for a female especially with a small grip like I am) but other than that all good

The place is a mess. The weights are never in the right spots an they are all over the ground. They have 30 employees at any given time and they never clean the weights up or pick them up off the ground or make sure the other member are following the rules. one Even Atthe trainers pointlrave the weights on the ground. I asked an employee to clean up the area while I run and he said yes sir and went towrad the weight area but when I got there nothing was cleaned up. Also this isn't against the service but the cardio equipment is facing the setting sun so if you work out in the afternoon but is horrible and you need sunglasses.

The Best Gym in Semarang. Like the Personal Trainers and their professionalism. Neat n Clean with plenty of Classes. Except Parking Problems, right place for Fitness and gym.
