Also the question that leads to the room isn't the staff but the security ( who help park the car etc ) directly? Something weird.
Please the management can humanize humans. The condition of this hotel is not suitable for use. cleanliness is very low. Dirty room walls everywhere. The sheets and pillowcases are very old and there are even stains in almost every room. Hair on the bed, toilet that is not maintained. even a moldy tissue holder. We've been given the choice of several room options and they were all pretty much the same pr even worse ( in other room some of AC it's not working well ) And after being shown several rooms, we decided not to stop even though the room had been paid for and could not be returned.

I have a meeting here. It is just like a long time ago but with different ambience. I was pointed to parking lot in basement with smiley security while asking my purpose in meeting with Disparbud Kota Semarang venue, thats amaze me, what a nice hospitality. But unfortunately it is different when I passed receptionist to meeting right next to the reception desk, I guess she might be busy with something in her desk, but did not saw me passing her while I am trying to look at her with smile. However, hospitality should be prioritized.

Found a baby cockroach in a tissue case, there are stains on the bed sheets and walls, room service is closed on Sunday, ran out of towels but didn’t immediately give it to the room when it’s available.

Cheap and nice hotel with city and ocean view. Unfortunately the room, especially the bed sheets, weren't so clean. There was no bathroom mat. So if I stepped out from the bathroom, the floor would be wet

The hotel is too old, so many things need to be renovated. But staff aren't helping much in maintaining the old facilities. For example glasses in the bathroom were still dirty, including the glasses shelf. There's no bathroom math u0026 corridors were too dark. Staff are friendly though u0026 parking area is quite spacious.

I booked the deluxe room with balcony and it exceeded my expectations in all aspects with the price point. The room is very spacious, comfortable bed, they have writing table for me to work and it’s in front of a window with awesome view of semarang upper hills. The balcony also has a great view. Room and bathroom was clean, wifi has a good connection, air conditioner works well to shield you from semarang’s heat, hot water also works well. They provided breakfast and though they only have two menus (fried rice and noodle) the fried rice taste very delicious. The only minor downside is the hallway to my room was a little dirty and unkempt, and also smells strongly of cigarettes. But other than that, I will definitely come again!
