The room is ok for a short duration stay. Only to use the room for sleeping. Nothing special. You will get a queen bed space with table and one small rack. And a glass partitioned toilet which is awful. I stayed for a total of 5 days and it was good for me as there is restaurant just outside the hotel and very affordable. Also the place is located in such a place which is fun to explore the surrounding area. The only issue here is you need to use the translator as most of the people are non English speakers. The price of the room is very affordable. There is no option for breakfast. You can get a quick snack from a nearby supermarket.

No receptionist standby, receptionist has no interest in what we do u0026 what they had to do. the room smells so bad, I have to spray a lot of perfumes once I enter the room., no decent parking spot, WiFi got net cut by idk who, when we stayed it got power cuts. Overall I can say I was disappointed. the price too expensive for this quality.

The shower is good, but when you got in the room it kinda stink. But i see no problem about anything else.

I got a superior room but the bed only fits 2 people. The room rooms tidy, neat, the view is not bad. But not that good.

A year ago, the exact same room was clean and comfy, and the place is having a great service.

Being in here again today and everything feels different. The room and the bathroom is not as clean as it used to be, the corridor is dark and the wall is kinda wet- they need to repaint asap, the AC doesn't even work and the worst part is the AC water leaks out. The staff tried to fix the AC twice, but nothing changed. Still leaked and not working properly. Well, at least they've tried.

This would be my last time staying here.

The room light is too low I guess, and they dont provide us any option. The hot water works well but they dont provide any soap not shampoo lol. So it will be better if you provide your own.
The location is strategic enough. You'll find it easy to find convenient store and food stall. Last but not least, it's cheap tho????

Although the location is next to university, the service is not satisfied.
- Only one towel provided in spite of the number of guest! No toothbrush and toothpaste!
- I can't say the janitor clean the room since I found so many dirt in each corner of the room and COCKROACH!!!
- The wifi service can't be used several times. The user available is only two. I came with my wife, we have two handphones and two laptops!
- The attitude of the janitor as well as the room service were not good.

I found that I never visit this guest house anymore if the standard service is same still!
