Bakso sapi yang bertekstur halus, bulatan sedang, rasanya gurih, kenyal disajikan dengan kuah kaldu yang cukup berlemak ( dengan mie kuning/putih, dan jeroan sapi dan dagingnya yg empuk tidak amis).
