The fried chicken is good but not to the point that I'm willing to wait in the heat for another piece. The place is very busy and, like most traditional Indonesian restaurants, has little frills (ie dont expect aircon).
Definitely go and try if you haven't been. The sambal is nice and spicy.

Traditional fried chicken, nothing fancy but the chicken is quite succulent and the meat is tender. The chicken ovals are also fresh and have a good bite to it. They all go well with the sambel cabe but unfortunately the cabe isn't that spicy. The beef soup is good, the broth is what I expect a good beef broth would be. The beef meat itself doesn't have much flavor but tender enough to be eaten along the broth.

Place is small and almost always crowded even during off time. Once you reach the street you basically can pinpoint where it is from many parked cars around it. Price is quite fair and affordable.

For first-time visitors, Pak Supar's fried chicken deserves 5 stars, the oxtail soup has a distinctive taste and aroma, overall their menu is worth a try and you will love it.

A very crowded but popular place to get a taste of pak supar fried chicken. Unfortunately they run out of meat soup therefore we only got the veggie one.

To dine there you need to get a line ticket and wait for the call.

The food taste is superb, the chicken used “ayam kampung” and the spices are good enough to allow the tenderness of the chicken melt in your mouth.

Anyway they have specific time for batch of meat. Make sure confirm to the manager first

We havent been able to get their sambal bawang dan sop buntut. Maybe next time.

Well, kind of overrated for me, I’m sure there are still many tastier, crispier ayam (kampung) goreng out there. Sambal was not special. Soup was good but still doesn’t impress me that much.

There is a long queue here and people are waiting to eat here. Since I don't eat chicken so I tried the sop buntut. The taste is very authentic, you can tell that this comes from an old recipe that has been passed down for years. Just add up a few sprinklers of pepper and you're good to go

Chicken was sticky u0026 delicious. The sambal korek was garlicky u0026 a great companion to the chicken u0026 the rice, watch out it'sspicy. There's another type of sambal that is the default one. This one is sweeter u0026 milder.

The concept is customer sits down, they bring a plate of chickens (breast u0026 thigh) u0026 fried liver u0026 gizzard. You just take what you want.
Additional item you just order to the waiter.

For me, I think the oxtail soup is not up to my standard. I've had so much better ones.
The meat is not from the tail, carrots are still hard, soup is OK only.
Must eat the chicken! Don't bother about the oxtail soup.

Price is mid range, our group of 3 spent about 200k rupiah.
