I was here for a group tour. The hotel was OK, the breakfast menu was decent. However I was not that satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom (I observed small molds presumably due to humidity), and the AC didn't work properly that it requires recleaning in the middle of the night, which I obviously rejected as I was alreadt too tired. For the price, I think they can do better

Honest sharing experience so i stayed in this hotel with my family we like our rooms very comfy but the breakfast was a mess soto semarang taste not delicious god even kaki lima don't deserve the taste like that and very unacceptable also with bakmi jogja too much salt, bihun goreng tasteless, your egg stall person unfriendly, the only stall i can accept just jamu very nice and friendly staff also your jamu taste good and fresh. Go check inspect your staff and food if you dont believe we stayed at this hotel we arrived 13 august and stayed 1 night.

comfortable hotel to stay, nice hotel,strategic location, overall service is very good. available 40lane cafe at hotel and Batik Batiken By Anne Avantine store is also here.

Located in the middle of city on Pandanaran street which has few bandeng vendors along the street, perfect for both bussiness and family trip, various type of room and services.. it has facilities like swimming pool, spa, gym, mosque, restaurant, cafe and function rooms... this hotel also provide traditional Semarang foods which are served during breakfast or you may order it through room service for lunch or dinner

If you think you leave your room for 2-3 hours and expect that it will be cleaned up after you asked the house keeping and the front desk, the answer is you’re wrong. Even after it is cleaned, don’t expect the house keeping will replace your used glasses, dental kit, hygiene kit and tea bags, cause they don’t.

The Meh: Thin door, wall, and window so all noises from aisle, room, and road nearby are pretty obviously hearable. Watchout if you're type of person who needs total silence.

The Bad: Breakfast spot at 12th floor was herendously packed. Sausages are awful! Coffee isnt good. You better off getting breakfast elsewhere in Semarang.

The Good: has no plastic bottles policy, including for bottled-drinking water, location.
