Had amazing stay here for a night before heading to the next city.
Bed was comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Staff also give their best to the guest.
It just the parking space was extremely limited but there's valet service. staff will gladly help you to park and get your car.

Wonderful, interesting architecture and art. Clean modern rooms. The lobby staff are very cool and not so interested in guests, but maybe that's the modern Indonesia. The shower temperature was very unpredictable.

I love staying at this hotel. Eventhough just for a nite, but it is really value for money. I stay at studio 30. The room is spacious, bathroom is clean u0026 big enough, towel is clean. but bedsheets and pillowcases need to b cleaner. The breakfast menu is really good and many variants of food, the taste is yummy! The location is good and it is easy to find food around it. The staffs are friendly and helpful

Overall experiences: strategic location, cleanliness, friendly-staffs, and great services.

We had an amazing stay at Artotel for 3 nights.

Even though the size of the hotel is not large, but every space is well utilized and thought of, both in functionality and aesthetically.

We stayed in the Studio room 55, which is a very comfortable layout and space. Lots of windows and light. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is spacious, amenities are accomodating, well placed electronic plugs all over the room for convenience.

We also enjoyed the extra dining bench and table because we do takeouts a lot during our stay and we can sit comfortably to eat.

Room is cleaned spotless since our check-in to check-out.

Staff are all very friendly, offering sincerest service on any small request we have and generally everyone was super helpful.

Breakfast food and variety was great. For midnight hunger, their 24-hrs in-room dining is something to look forward to!!!

There isn’t anything we could think of about this hotel that could be improved…quality and comfort and great location - what else could you ask for?

The room is as we’ve expected! The check in staff can be more friendlier, the restaurant and the valet staff quite friendly. We order couple of dishes, the oxtail soup is quite good, but the cordon bleu overly seasoned and quite salty. Breakfast can do more improvements and I just learned that Soto Semarangan plus their Bubur Ayam must served cold ( confirmed by the staff )

Everything was just perfect. Nice, very kind, and very helpful staff. Booked for 2 rooms and both rooms are very very clean. I have seen 2-3 ants in my room, but it was still ok. The bed and linen were so comfortable. The breakfast was ok and had some choices: rice with some vegetables and proteins, soto semarang, bubur ayam, some cakes, bread, and croissant. The taste of the breakfast was also pretty good. Worth and affordable! Recommended!

Near Tentrem Mall and Simpang Lima. Room was nice. No lock key for the bathroom. The dolce gusto and mineral water on the table were free of charge although there was no "with compliments" notice. Got HBO and movie channels. Vallet service 24 hours as the parking slots are very limited
