The most decent hotel in town (up to date). The breakfast is pretty good with out-of-the-box menus. Room little bit used but fine for me. the house keeping need to put more eyes to the cleaning details. Environmental friendly by using refilled shampoo u0026 soap

We had our meeting in the ballroom, rented about 20 rooms and 2 shuttles.
The meals are great and we loved the service from the restaurant!

However, the internet connection was unstable, so we got disconnected during the zoom meeting.
Beside that, during the half of the meeting, the electricity on the left-side of the room shut down, causing the projector turned off. We tried to connect with the right-side room electricity but then the projector did not work, fortunately we brought our own LCD.

And on the day 2, the shuttles were full of cockroaches! I was in there when it happened. The driver told us not to hit them or they would multiply lol.
After dinner, we looked for our drivers for around 15 mins and found that they were smoking behind a bus. How could they knew if we finished? The bad thing was we did not know their contacts. Always talking to the manager I guess(?). Maybe it was our fault too. And it occurred again on the day after when we spent 30 mins to find the drivers! Haha but at the time, we HAD their contacts and they said that the were having a breakfast and told us to wait. They waited us for 30 mins to check out.

very friendly service from staff especially Mr. Moh Ikhfar (great service and warm), clean accommodation, good food and complete facilities. child-friendly swimming pool makes my children feel safe and happy to play and stay here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and friendly staff. Restaurant staff were very nice and friendly - Pak Andri (restaurant manager) M Ramdani (makes a very good cappuccino) and Miss Ela (beautiful smile) Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back!

I was there just for swimming experience as there are not many places in Purwakarta to swim during Pandemic time. The swimming pool is long enough for a swim and lucky me, to have it just for myself. Although, I guess for people is not common to see someone swimming alone. The price for swimming incl. one meal was 150k IDR, without any drink. So be prepare, to buy drink if you come here.
The food was tasty and in a big portion, that was good :-)
I enjoyed my stay anyway!
