On the positive side, the staff are very helpfull, hotel location is strategic, and the rooms are spacious. Yet my experience spending a night with family in this hotel is terrible:
- there was a "fire alarm" at 1.00 am. I rushed out the room and it was only a very loud noise in my room. I asked hotel staff to identify, yet they could not find the cause of the noise and offer to move to another room. Yet, they soon find out that the noise was from the tap at the wash basin and soon it vould be addressed. As if it was not bad enough, the noise come again at 04.00 am
- the water is very dirty. After i complained, the staff told me that they are cleaning the water tank. They let the water flow for aboit 15 minutes ad the water was no longer dirty.
- the aircon was old and very noisy
- the duvet was old, the linen was old, thin, and yellowish
- termites in the door frame
- wifi signal was week, you hardly can use it in your room

Had to stay because we arrived too late in Purwakarta. If you have options, you may skip this hotel. The room is not clean, too close to main road and noisy, to much dust in the floor and cupboard. One good thing is the hospitality of their staff.

The receptionist at night so rude. I say the room is quite untidy, and the Agoda reviews shows quite unclean. And the receptionist say to me: " Terserah (Up to you)." If I were him, I will say I arrange you proper, clean ones. I do not think he knows some manners and even care.

As a hotel that you want to search quickly and short business trip you can name it. But if you want stay longer and need to indulge hotel atmosphere we can not pick this hotel at first nominaton. Don't argue about that, it is only about "the taste" so everybody free to choose...

Room was bad. Only cold water. No place to place shoes/sandals. Walking to the room buildings when raining requires umbrella. Pool appeared dirty when overcast that time - didn't even touch it. They gave free water and borrowing glass though... With free breakfast - I didn't get to eat it... Poolside walls appear unmaintained. Not recommended. The fountain didn't shoot as well. (1 July 2017) And it cost almost USD 30!
