Don't bother with this place unless you have no other choices. Don't know how the other hospitals in Padang compare but there's surely got to be somewhere better.
Was here for three nights. Never felt so happy to leave a hospital before.

I would rather give zero star than one star!! If you, a friend or any family member have a life threatening situation stay away from this hospital. The staff is completely incompetent, nurses would much rather be sitting talking on their station than looking after the patient. Doctor that was supposed to take care of the patient won't come to the room. Front staff instead of contacting our insurance to sort the payment prefer to just charge us and save them a phone call. In the end our friend passed away in this hospital. I'm not god to be able to decide who live or die but I'm 100% sure that the treatment given in this hospital was full of mistakes if we were somewhere else the outcome could be different. Awful and incompetent hospital please stay away from it!!!

I can see that many other people reviewed this hospital with 5 out of 5 stars.
Maybe it was just our unlucky day, when we need the support of this hospital as my wife is going to giving birth for our 3rd child.
I can't feel the politeness of the front desk.
I can't find the time precision of the doctor that we expecting to help my wife.
With a disappointed feel, finally I went out to find another support from another hospital.
Sorry to feel this feeling.. but I'm trying to telling you what I feel.
