The owner is extemely not friendly.
They provided contact center on OYO but refuse to read, answer, and pick the phone call and keep blaimong customers for calling because "that'the office phone and the phone is not always online."
The hotel violates partnership with he app by transfering the online transaction into manual transaction. The result is that the customers had to pay twice amount of the fare (online by app and in cash).
There's no billing notes on the cash payment. Even if the customers asked for it, they won't provide it.
This is robbery and scam.
Disgusting.
