This is a hostel with a good location, fits for family or backpackers in transit. I stayed in Melati Room #4 lobby level with 3 single beds, inside bathroom and plenty empty room to move around. A little room for improvement though: it would be terrific (and potentially save you from harm) to repair the bathroom bulb, the existing standing reading lamp is not suitable at all to be located in a bathroom floor next to water closet. I was afraid that someone will be electrocuted if there's water leak. Also investing in a refreshener and new paint will be worth it as the room is kinda damp from mold. They serve rice cake and jackfruit soup with coconut milk for breakfast at 6 am -- typical local culinary rich in spice ingredients, quite delectable actually. But interestingly they cannot afford to provide simple bread and jam for non locals who crave something other than food bersantan and sambal lado. Extra credit for the receptionist who was helpful in our packing. So thanks!
