I like the idea of this cafe.. with open space beside the river and you can see the fisherman boats parked near to you.. it's really nice..
But you have to handle it professionally, make some payment receipt with a way more professional. it would be an advantage for you the owner and the visitor which come to entertain some guest or a corporate dinner, because they have to claimed it to the office, not paying by their own pocket. So, the receipt is very important. Lesson no 1.
