Horrible experience, the hotel cater for surfers that come and go to Mentawais, its the most expensive hotel in the area and they have a band at the lower ground at night that sings until late hours and the sound goes throught the whole hotel, you cant possibly sleep if your flight/ ferry is early the next day I would def recommend stay somewhere else. Thats not even to mention the bad food that takes at least an hour to get ready.

We enjoyed our stay. I had sone problems with paying with your card machine. It would be nice if one could pay via paypal or online.

Always stay here before and after a surf trip to the Mentawi. Staff are exceptional, food and rooms are good and the drinks are cold. Not sure what else more I need.

I am lucky to have Non smoking room while only 2 left when coming. The luxurious hotel like this MUST BE Non Smoking. If I got the smoking room, perhaps I will give only 1 star. The breakfast is perfect!

I had stayed in this hotel several times during my work trip. It is still the most representative hotel in Padang. The room and service have a 4-star standard. The wifi is fast. The front desk is efficient. The breakfast is ok.

Im staying on April 22th
I had a great experience with this Mercure Padang. Hotel staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, special thanks to Mr Indra Adam that he gave me room upgrading as/ my request the room with sea view..
Restaurant is excellent serving with tasty food, the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and perfect to spend out staycation n vacation even for business trip in Padang.
Overall very satisfactory and definitely will recommend this hotel..
