Plus side
+ Nice place
+ The big room can up to 3 people
+ The staff is very nice
+ There is hot water (literally hot ????)

Minus side
- there is a lot of stray cats (leaving their poop)
- sometimes the towel is a bit stinks like they not dry yet

The place is strategies. It is located in heart of Padang City. You just need 10 - 20 minutes to the beach on foot. 5-10 minutes to the central market of Padang City for looking souvenir, and, using public transportation of Trans Padang, you can go circle of Padang City and see the beauty of Padang City. For the hotel, i must say its average. This place is the right for people who want travelling with low cost. Well, you cannot say much for this hotel's facility. ???? At least, the room is clear, good bed and satisfied.

This hotel very recommended for a family stay who had a kids. They served a garden and safe for kids to play around. So far it's good and comfy price.

Location is not good to be recommended. Spacious room. Bedsheet was dirty and same goes to the toilet. Breakfast for 3 days were served only nasi goreng

+relatively inexpensive
+strategic location
+garden viewed room
+decent foods and drinks
+antique looks
+hospitality
+helpfull employee

Cons:
-a bit shabby
-untrained employee
-it can be a bit crowded during weekend and holiday
