There was some historical places around the Siti Nurbaya bridge which was built on the Dutch colonial era and under the bridge, there was the quay for fishing boats. In my opinion, it was a good place for taking picture for your instagram feeds.

It's not really clean, some rubbish are left on the stairs to the top of the gunuang Padang. Many steps on the stairs are broken.

It has a good tracking path to the peak of mountain.. good for sport or hiking

Nice place for family holiday.. walking along the new road.. swimming .. playing sand on beach.. having fun.. and cheap... i love my hometown Padang
