First impression of the place was: so clean! The staffs were so friendly and informative, great service. The treatment and consultation with the doctor also went well. Overall, it’s a worthy place to visit and have a me-time :)

Service is really good. Health workers are very friendly and hygiene. You have to bring antigen/PCR test result or bring vaccine before having treatment. They always spray disinfectant and put a medical bed sheet on patient bed so your skin does not directly touch the bed. Also, they care about you! During treatment if you feel hurt or something they immediately take care of it by lowering the heat/anything else. They also care and listen on your feedbacks.

BTW I went there just three times so far and the result is very good! Definitely will recommend this place for women who need beauty treatments.

- room disinfected prior to entrance
- client, doctor u0026 nurse did swab antigen
- disinfected new bed sheet

Everything is perfect since beginning. The first time I went to ZAP is at ZAP Alam Sutera, I think that was their first place (if i'm not mistaken).
Their hospitality is great! Thumbs up for their service, and also their receptionist is really good. But lately I always go to ZAP clinic at Muara Karang, I know that they have admin for every branch who always reply my chat and I always impress with her. So nice and super kind, thank you!

Also, the service is still in reasonable price (start from 199K).
Love it! HAPPY ZAP LIFE!

Great place, all the staff are very kind and attentive. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and experienced. Great results for the treatments as well. Overall a very recommended place! ????????
