Great seafood restaurant with concise menu and no nonsense taste and service. While this restaurant can be called old here in the pik area the place can be very crowded. It is a good family restaurant though.

Had dinner here few days ago.. Waiter seemed uninterested and forgotten an order as well. Most of the food isn't very fresh tasting, the dessert was a bit too sweet for my liking. Orange juice was very thin, like they added water.
Otak-otak given was really small too. The curry was the only thing that tasted great, the rest is mediocre.

The food taste great, so many options for protein and fibers (vegetable) cooked in traditional west Borneo and east java dishes.

Friendly waiters/waitresses.

Kids and elderly friendly.

This restaurant is serving West Borneo malay style cuisine,
The foods taste are also dekicious and authentic,
Price is still ok for Jakarta's standard,
Located in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area,
This restaurant is easy to be noticed and found,

The minus point is on the food calculation, especially for Otak-Otak,
Since Otak-Otak is counted on pcs based,
Please count the quantity you received on the early they served on the desk,
And make sure the invoiced qty is same as the ones you ate after that,

Gurame Kari Singkawang is my favorite. Ordered "whole chicken" of Ayam Goreng Pandan. The waiter informed that the chicken will be cut into small pieces when served, but it still will be the whole chicken. When the dishes are served, I observed that there is no parts of beast in the portion. Therefore, I doubt whether it is really whole chicken being served in the plate. Tahu Kipas that I ordered are a bit undercooked. Used to be my favorite place to dine (5*) but from my latest experience I should take 2* out. It's 3* now.

Taste okay...specifically "gulai kepala ikan " and one of their vegetable.. I forgot the name...(sorry )... not to expensive but the the taste okay...should come earlier before lunch time ..otherwise you will have a queuing number..
