I came here on Friday evening to have dinner. It was quite crowded here. The waitress is friendly. She may suggest you some recommendation especially if you are first timer here. She also helps you make the sauce for the meat. Taste is good; recommended. I dunno why people give bad review just because they can't bring food from outside. It is common that restaurants have their own rule, including "no outside food allowed"...

All good. Food was fresh. Service was awesome. Price was okay. Place is quiet and less crowded. No complaint. You can select meat quality and meat types. Also so many food selection from fried rice, udon, fries, meatballs, vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, ice cream, and many more Japanese snacks even sushi and many drinks selection too.

Well this is the first we try eating shaburi at bella terra.
Good ambience, clean, tasty u0026 waitress very helpful.
Price so so lah, not really expensive good food. If you come before dinner time we think that good coz not crowded.

I used to eat also in many all you can eat shabu restaurant, and this is my first time to try on this joint. The restaurant ambiance is good, clean and well maintained. Service also very good, they are fast and keep asking you if there is something they can help. Time allows is 90 minutes for eating. What I regret is actually the selection of food, very basic and standard. It makes the price become expensive compared to other shabu restaurant. I’m quite disappointed with that.

I think this is one of the worst buffet place I've eaten. When we sit and order our soup, and want to get the condiments there's only 3 things available, tofu, 2kinds of fish cakes. And I already informed the waiter thats nothing to eat, and they said it's still being prepared. After 15 minutes nothing came out and I asked the waiter again, still got the same answer ... How can you do that in a 60minutes buffet meal with nothing(except the beef) served more than half hour. After mire than 30minutes they served 1type of veggie...after 5minutes they served enoki mushrooms .... I hope for everyone eating here check before you enter the place. I don't know whether it's a scam for promo paying custome, but from what it seems the employee there already used to complaints... So they just ignore you. I hope you guys have a nice meal elsewhere

A great place to have AYCE Shabu - Shabu, the place is not very crowded, so we don't need to wait for our seat here. The food choices is consist of fresh meat, veggies, meatball, fish products and mushrooms same with other branches. They also serve ice cream, tempura, karage, corn fritter, and a lot of different things. It's recommended.

One good thing about this shaburi bella terra is we don't have to wait for our seat here.., they serve all you can eat just like other shaburi's branch such as : sushi, corn fritters,french fries, sweet potato fries, chicken katsu, udon carbonara, pakchoy soy ice cream, orange juice, lychee juice, ocha and infused water, and of course the shabu shabu vegetables and meatballs... There is a fly here which is sometimes can irritate us while eating here...
