One of our best family restaurants. They serve many Chinese foods especially from Makasar. Please try they red fried rice, yamco fried rice, bakmi siram ujung pandang, bakmi goreng Lada hitam, pork and many kinds of seafoods.

Sari 21 is a Chinese food restaurant that used to be located at Gading Food City. But since January 2021, they have moved to a new location in Boulevard Raya Utara Street.

They provide variant of Chinese foods specialized in Makassar cuisines and also vegetarian dishes. There are variant of fried rice, noodles, kwetiaw, bihun, chicken, beef, seafood, vegetables, soup, and many more.

We had their food by using a food delivery service. We tried Bihun Canton (IDR 60,000). It comes up with big portion, so that it is suitable to share among 2 - 3 persons. The dried and crispy bihun (white rice vermicelli) served with pork, shrimp, fish meatball, fried meatball, vegetables in a thick and savory broth.

With the price we pay, I expect air condition. Taste was ok but not great. but the owner was very friendly. One positive from their red friend rice is the portion. that was for 2 person in one.

Their Mi Goreng Ujung Pandang is definitely a must try! They're famous as the pioneer of Nasi Goreng Makassar, but their other menu are also great. The shrimp roll (Lumpia Udang) is soft and tasty, and the accompanying garlic sauce makes the dish even better

You could buy a vegetarian red fried rice(nasi goreng merah), which is the authentic food from Ujung Pandang or Makasar
